Customers can apply for a refund within 7 days after the start of a new subscription cycle. This means that if you start a new subscription period, you can apply for a refund for the current subscription period up to 7 days following that date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the AI processing service more than 10 times within the current subscription cycle. If you have used the AI processing service more than 10 times, you will not be eligible for a refund.

No Warranties on Purchases

Subscriptions

Automatic Subscription Renewal

When you subscribe to a service at haye.ai, your subscription will automatically renew each month. We will use the payment method in your profile to automatically renew your subscription until you cancel it.
